Internet poker has become globally famous as of late, with televised championships and celebrity poker game shows. The games popularity, though, arcs back quite a bit further than its television ratings. Over the years numerous variants on the original poker game have been created, including a few games that are not in reality poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of these particular games. Regardless of the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely resembling blackjack than old guard poker, in that the gamblers bet against the bank rather than each other. The succeeding hands, are the established poker hands. There is no conniving or other types of bamboozlement. In Caribbean stud poker, you are required to ante up before the dealer declares "No further wagers." At that point, both you and the bank and of course every one of the different gamblers acquire 5 cards. Once you have observed your hand and the casino’s 1st card, you need to either make a call bet or bow out. The call bet’s amount is akin to your original wager, which means that the stakes will have doubled. Abandoning means that your wager goes instantaneously to the dealer. After the wager comes the face off. If the bank doesn’t have ace/king or better, your wager is given back, with a sum in accordance with the original bet. If the dealer does have ace/king or greater, you win if your hand defeats the casino’s hand. The dealer pays out money equal to your initial bet and fixed expectations on your call wager. These odds are:

• Equal for a pair or high card
• two to one for 2 pairs
• three to one for three of a kind
• four to one for a straight
• 5-1 for a flush
• 7-1 for a full house
• 20-1 for a four of a kind
• fifty to one for a straight flush
• one hundred to one for a royal flush
